- Greetings from Vietnam!!!
I am traveling from the Capitol (Hanoi in the North) to Ho Chi Minh City (Old Saigon in the South) over this month of Feb 2008. I am visiting Hill Tribe People, seeing many interesting and historical sites, towns, and markets. Enjoying riding in boats and buses, on rickshaws and bikes and experiencing all kinds of new and wonderfully strange foods and things. I will also soon, be visiting an orphanage and a school, over-nighting with a local family and going into the tunnels that were made and used in the war. arranged my “free” air-miles flight so that I will be circum-navigating the globe on this trip, as all my flights keep going East (all the way back to home.)
